Rosé Wishes, Champagne Showers, and Caviar Dreams
The Launch of Entourage Rosé
Tommy Tollesson, manager of Cloud9 Alpine Bistro, who runs the Aspen restaurant, brought his new brand – Entourage Rosé to the Hamptons for a launch event. Guests were welcomed to the East Hampton home of Jane DeFlorio, who hosted the lavish event. The dress code: bikini/ski-chic. DJ NicoleRosé set the vibe with her tracks and guests were invited to mix and mingle in the gardens which featured a Cloud9 ice sculpture and the saying “Ski In – Dance Out” spelled out in pink mylar balloons.
The rosé, which had been created with friends a few years ago, was inspired by Tollesson’s love of Saint Tropez and Aspen, while utilizing grapes from a vineyard in Provence. Guests included Pir Granoff, a partner in Amagansett’s Best Pizza & Dive Bar; Anna Nikolayevsky, founder of Axel Capital Management; caterer Janet O’Brien; Julie and Billy Macklowe; Christine Prydatko, Co-Founder of James Lane Post; Michael Snell, Founder of The MJS Groupe; and TikTok sensation Nick Norcia. No Cloud9-style party is complete without its signature champagne shower which included bottles of Veuve Clicquot and even two champagne guns which attendees used to shower the crowd while dancing. From the day’s menu, guests also enjoyed passed truffle grilled cheeses topped with caviar and fresh tuna tacos.
“What I like about this wine is that it’s so light, but it’s got that minerality and goes really well with food,” said Caroline Williams, a sommelier and founder of Curated Cellar. “It’s low enough in alcohol you can drink it during the day.”
