Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Management from Wagner College in New York City, where his early understanding of consumer engagement quickly translated into measurable corporate success. During his tenure with Bloomingdale’s flagship New York operation under the Macy’s Corporation umbrella, he reconceptualized and directed a large-scale Customer Retention & Engagement Training Program that reshaped frontline luxury retail interaction. Training more than 2,600 employees, his strategy-driven initiatives generated a documented 23% increase in sales productivity over an eight-month period while also substantially increasing the transition rate of seasonal staff into high-performing full-time roles.
Following the completion of his first Master’s Degree in Marketing, Michael joined Tesla as a Consumer Experience Specialist, where he played a pivotal role in refining the company’s in-store and interpersonal customer journey during one of the most disruptive eras in automotive history.
