While Michael is hands-on in the directors seat of every project, the firm has focused extensively on acquiring premium-level talent in this highly specialized area of luxury marketing, press and visibility campaign activations. Since the firm’s inception, they have assembled a team of eight full-time account directors and over 40 vetted contracted ‘Groupe Specialists.' Michael believes that talent is key, and by already retaining the most proficient people in their respective fields, The MJS Groupe is able to hold the competition in-house - presenting clients with best from the start.

About Michael -
Michael obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Management from Wagner College in New York City. While in college, he worked at the prestigious Bloomingdale’s Flagship location under the Macy’s Corporation where he reconceptualized and directed the Customer Retention and Engagement Training Program at the in New York City. Training over 2600+ employees, he successfully proved a yield of 23% higher sales production over 8 months, and tracked a 15% transition of retained seasonal employees to full-time positions based on performance. He then transitioned to a new chapter and was able to complete his first Master’s Degree in Marketing while working as a Consumer Experience Specialist at Tesla Motors, designing the start to end experience in-store/in-person for consumers. Fulfilling that short term team role, was given the opportunity to transition to the Executive Management Team reporting directly to Elon Musk, becoming the Global Launch Programs Director. There, he re-designed multiple areas of customer experience, managed global product launches and was responsible for $170 million in sales tied to various marketing campaigns. In addition, he launched notable products such as: Model X, Model 3, Power Wall, Solar Roof and the Gigafactory. Subsequently, during his term at Tesla, he completed his second Master’s Degree in Management. Michael was brought on to the BMW Group and lead at the Marketing team for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America. Overseeing the North and South America and Canada, he directed product launches, digital campaigns, and dealer relations. He also developed a newly defined business visibility strategy that pushed the iconic, heritage-centric company into the eyes and minds of younger, educated consumers. While his budgeting revisions proved positive with company savings in the million(s), the launches of both iconic models which included Phantom VIII and World’s most luxurious (and most expensive) SUV, Cullinan took this side of the world by storm. He has been responsible for the largest revenue-generating market tied to marketing initiatives since, so current sources report, and an unmatched and unparalleled experience at Rolls-Royce North America for both owners and potential clients.
Recently, Michael was accredited with a PhD from the Yale School of Management. Demonstrating an extensive ability to apply learned theories in his field of Consumer Behaviorism, he graduated along with fellow executive-level peers and individuals also aligned in high-visibility roles. He notes that this Ivy League degree is one of his most proud achievements, and most fun. Additionally, Michael is currently president of his family office, The Snell Consolidated Trust, an organization dedicated to the preservation of advanced investment, philanthropy, and innovative progress.
