Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance

The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance an automotive charitable event held each year on the Pebble Beach Golf Links in California. It is considered the most prestigious event of its kind, and it is the finale of Monterey Car Week. Rolls-Royce had contributed as a headline brand during the event, creating 6 full activation days that were held at the Rolls-Royce Villa. The events included daily customer/prospect test drives, product launch programing, a nightly VIP cocktail reception and showcase of the year’s top 20 bespoke vehicles. Two VIP key hand-overs were also presented to the brands top clients: Ben Sloss, the VP of Google and Michael Fux, the Super Car Mogul. Additionally, the brand was featured on the concept lawn and at The Quail Lodge collection. The week concluded with a large hospitality & press suite at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

In total, the activation reached 64 staff members, 43 Rolls-Royce vehicles on-site, triple that of any other manufacturer, 1,200 guests and an activation total cost of just under $1.8MM

The Quail

Quail Lodge is an essential part of the event’s grandeur. Showcasing over 100 new premium and pre-production vehicles. Exclusive selections are part of this event’s notoriety in which only major luxury manufacturers are invited participate. Here, Rolls-Royce has a fully built hospitality suite and staging display which highlighted the brand’s first-ever SUV, Cullinan. The event is accompanied by a VIP customer delivery done by Rolls-Royce CEO, Torsten Müller-Ötvös presenting a specially commissioned Phantom VIII. Bespoke Showcase

Every evening at the Rolls-Royce Villa, guests were presented with a true spectacle. The top 20 select bespoke vehicles took part in a narrated presentation highlighting the unique design concepts and limited editions that have been custom crafted by the Bespoke Design Team. All vehicles were available for immediate purchase and totaled just over $9MM in inventory. 17 of the 20 vehicles were sold at the event and direct shipped to customer’s homes. Ben Sloss: A Truly Bespoke Dawn

One of the highest honors is to be able to take delivery of your brand new Rolls-Royce during the nation’s most prestigious car event. Ben Sloss, Vice President of Google was chosen this year to receive his one-of-a-kind Dawn with a key handover done by Rolls-Royce Motor Car’s CEO, Torsten Müller-Ötvös. Highlighted Product Shoot

We used our video content team to craft several product highlight videos while on location throughout the week. The team were given the product personality theme with a shot list, and tasked to highlight all facets of the special collection vehicles. This digital collateral is for multi-use purposes on global digital advertising and social media channels.
